Data You Give Directly
Information entered into a sponsored search box is sent to the outside provider that operates the tool. The provider’s own policy controls its handling and retention. Messages sent to a site contact address may be kept so a reply can be made and are not sold as a warrant database.
Technical Data We Receive
Normal web delivery can record technical details such as an IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring page, visited pages, and timestamps. These details help maintain security and understand general traffic. They are not assembled into a consumer report about another person.
Cookies and Similar Tools
Small browser files may help measure use, remember settings, or support advertising. Browser controls can block or clear cookies, although some site behavior may change. Outside analytics or advertising systems may use their own identifiers under their own policies.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to keep pages available, measure performance, detect technical problems, send a search request to the selected provider, and show sponsored material. It is not used to create a Saunders County warrant roster or to make FCRA-regulated decisions.
No Warrant Data on File
These pages do not host, maintain, compile, or sell personal warrant records. They describe where Saunders County records are held and how a reader can reach County Court, District Court, the Sheriff, city offices, or Nebraska JUSTICE. Official court and law-enforcement offices control their own files.
Outside Search Providers
The finder bands use an outside provider. Anything entered there is processed under that provider’s privacy terms, not this policy. Review its notice before sending a name or other information. Do not place a Social Security number in a public message or unverified form.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to Saunders County, Nebraska Judicial Branch, Nebraska Legislature, city and village pages, Crime Stoppers, federal court sources, and other official resources. Once a link is opened, the destination’s policy applies. Those offices decide how they keep court, police, or public-record information.
Who May Receive Information
Information may be available to the search provider handling a submitted query, service providers supporting site operation, analytics or advertising partners, and a government body when a valid legal obligation requires disclosure. Personal data is not sold as a warrant list.
Security Limits
Reasonable technical and administrative steps are used to protect information handled here. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Do not send sensitive identity details unless the official receiving office provides a secure method.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly seek personal information from children. Nebraska juvenile records also have special confidentiality rules. Do not submit a juvenile’s name or case details through a public tool.
Your Data Choices
Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, a person may ask what contact information is retained, request correction, request deletion where appropriate, or object to certain processing. A request should identify the information at issue without sending unnecessary sensitive data. Nebraska’s Public Records Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §84-712, concerns government records and does not govern private site data in the same way.
Policy Updates
This policy may change when site functions, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised text is posted here with a new date.
